Selva Terra curates dedicated weeks specializing in pottery, fishing, diving, and wellness retreat —open to anyone who’d like to take part.
Individual or smaller group bookings are open during selected dates. Enquire for our availability around your preferred date in the booking form below.
Our minimum stay is 4 nights, however we recommend that guests stay for a minimum of 5 nights to fully immerse yourself in the island.
1st June – 14th December
US$ 39,500 for 5 nights, up to 10 guests.
The rates outlined assume our Signature All-Inclusive Package and are inclusive of Panamanian taxes.
The resort offers exclusive accommodation for up to 30 guests. Additional guests in excess of 10, will be priced on an individual basis.
15th March – 31st May
US$ 44,500 for 5 nights, up to 10 guests.

For individual stays: We require a 10% deposit to secure a reservation, 40% 90 days prior to arrival, and the remaining balance of 50% paid on arrival day. For reservations during Christmas / New Year week, we require full payment 90 days prior to arrival.
For retreats: We require a $750 deposit to secure your spot on the retreat, and the balance due 90 days prior to arrival.
For private buyouts: We require a 10% deposit to secure a reservation, 40% 6 months prior to arrival, and the balance on arrival day. Please refer to your buyout agreement for details on our deposit policies.
We understand things change and we offer a flexible change or cancellation policy with full credit of any deposits made towards a future trip booked within 12 months, less any 3rd party non-refundable / non-transferable costs e.g. air tickets. Please note that after a credit is used to rebook a trip, it cannot be used again for a different reservation in the event of another cancellation.
