Exclusively Yours Buyout:
Resort buyouts are available for groups of 15 guests or more. Complete our booking enquiry form to receive availability, pricing and a proposal tailored to your group’s requirements.
Individual Stays:
Designed for couples, families, and smaller groups, individual stays are available on selected dates outside of exclusive resort buyouts. Enquire below to check availability for your preferred travel dates.
Please note that all reservations at Selva Terra must be made either through our Booking Form, or by contacting us directly at info@selvaterraresort.com, or via your preferred travel advisor. We do not list our properties on third-party booking platforms. Please provide as much information as possible we will provide you with a comprehensive proposal within 24 hours.

For individual stays: We require a 10% deposit to secure a reservation, 40% 90 days prior to arrival, and the remaining balance of 50% paid on arrival day. For reservations during Christmas / New Year week, we require full payment 90 days prior to arrival.
For retreats: We require a $750 deposit to secure your spot on the retreat, and the balance due 90 days prior to arrival.
For private buyouts: We require a 10% deposit to secure a reservation, 40% 6 months prior to arrival, and the balance on arrival day. Please refer to your buyout agreement for details on our deposit policies.
We understand things change and we offer a flexible change or cancellation policy with full credit of any deposits made towards a future trip booked within 12 months, less any 3rd party non-refundable / non-transferable costs e.g. air tickets. Please note that after a credit is used to rebook a trip, it cannot be used again for a different reservation in the event of another cancellation.
