Selva Terra specializes in private resort buyouts, however there are other ways to stay at the resort:
The only way to book is by filling in our Booking Form below, or contacting us via email at info@selvaterraresort.com. Please provide as much information as possible we will provide you with a comprehensive proposal within 24 hours.
If you are joining us for an event, let us know which one in the message section below.
For individual stays: We require a 10% deposit to secure a reservation, 40% 90 days prior to arrival, and the remaining balance of 50% paid on arrival day. For reservations during Christmas / New Year week, we require full payment 90 days prior to arrival.
For retreats: We require a $750 deposit to secure your spot on the retreat, and the balance due 90 days prior to arrival.
For private buyouts: We require a 10% deposit to secure a reservation, 40% 6 months prior to arrival, and the balance on arrival day.
We understand things change and offer a flexible change or cancellation policy with full credit of any deposits made towards a future trip, less any 3rd party non-refundable / non-transferable costs – air tickets.
