Our Ocean Casitas and Villas are set within a truly enchanting environment, surrounded by landscaped gardens and the Pacific Ocean. The surrounding gardens are alive with tropical birdlife, creating a constant, immersive soundtrack of nature — from the vibrant calls of parakeets to glimpses of hummingbirds and other native species moving through the canopy. This daily interaction with wildlife makes the setting feel like a private aviary within the reserve itself.
The resort remains intentionally intimate, offering just 14 rooms across 9 casitas, a 3-bedroom villa, and a 2-bedroom villa, with a total capacity of only 30 guests, ensuring privacy, exclusivity, and a deep sense of connection to place.

Our Ocean Casitas are single or double occupancy with a selection of kings and doubles available. There are nine Ocean Casitas at Selva Terra, each with the following amenities:

Ocean Casitas
Retreat in privacy in our ocean casitas surrounded by lush landscaped gardens. Our oceanfront casitas are single or double occupancy with a selection of kings and doubles available. In total, there are 9 Ocean Casitas, with 4 overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and 5 overlooking the beach. Every casita has the following amenities:
