Breakfast and lunch are served à la carte, while dinner unfolds as a four-course tasting menu, thoughtfully prepared by our chefs and tailored to each guest’s preferences.
Special dietary preferences, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free options, are accommodated.
Coco Bay Beach Club
At Coco Bay, coastal living unfolds in its most effortless form. Private beachfront dinners and celebrations can be arranged, while daily snacks and beverages are served at the beach club, inviting you to linger by the shore from morning to sunset.
With a passionfruit margarita in hand, savor smoked tuna from our local fishermen, fire-grilled specialties, and the simple pleasures of dining barefoot beside the sea.
Our commitment to responsible sourcing
Selva Terra is rooted in a deep respect for land and sea. Our farm supplies the resort with an abundance of fruits and vegetables, allowing us to cultivate much of what appears on each plate just steps from where it is served. Currently the resort self sustains itself on bananas, plantains, beans, eggs, and passionfruit, reflecting our commitment to freshness, seasonality, and complete traceability. By 2030, our goal is to produce 90% of our vegetables on property.
Equally, 90% of the fish served at the resort is caught by our own staff in the surrounding waters. This rare level of control ensures exceptional quality while preserving an authentic connection between our guests and the natural environment that defines Selva Terra.
