Yoga Shala

Envision teaching your classes to the sound of the ocean and birds chirping their morning song. Our yoga shala faces the ocean and can hold up to 30 people. It comes equipped with all the props you will need to host the perfect yoga retreat in Panama. These include: non-slip mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and sound meditation bowls.

Cielo Spa

Unwind at Cielo Spa, located on the adjacent island connected by a hanging bridge. Take in the idyllic island backdrop and the sound of waves crashing below you, while you treat yourself to a spa treatment. Hot stone, deep tissue massages and exfoliating facial or body scrubs available.

Selva Terra is one of the most magical places we've traveled to I have hosted dance retreats all over the world and Selva Terra is one of the most magical places we've traveled. It's so refreshing and wonderful when you arrive to a place and it's exceeds your expectation in every way! From the pre-planning prior to arrival, to the service at the resort, the wonderful staff (Samantha, Carlos, Yaneth, Jens, Mikael, etc), the food - WOW!!!!, the drinks, the accommodations, the views, the studio, the transportation, communication, the variety of excursions, etc. etc...We normally don't visit a retreat destination twice because there are so many places in the world to experience, but when I asked my group if they would like to come back, they all said YESSSSSS!!! MOOXLI has hosted 10 retreats at various domestic and international locations and this is some of the best value and experience we have had! As a group leader I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was taken care of, needs anticipated, and problems solved without having to ask. Our clients were also so well taken care of with 5 star service and loved the many adventure excursions offered. We even had a group go sport fishing who had the experience of a lifetime. MOOXLI has hosted 10 retreats at various domestic and international locations and this is some of the best value and experience we have had! As a group leader I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was taken care of, needs anticipated, and problems solved without having to ask. Our clients were also so well taken care of with 5 star service and loved the many adventure excursions offered. We even had a group go sport fishing who had the experience of a lifetime. Even when the thing that is out of their control happens - the weather, they gave us options for rearranging plans, etc. It is clear that Selva Terra's goal is a wonderful experience for all of their hosts and guests. I only hope that when we are ready to rebook (because this place is too special not to return), that the secret will not have gotten out so much, that they are fully booked!

Her travel experience, intelligence and genuine care for Selva Terra shine in all that she does. She even took time away from her busy schedule on the property to share the Sand Dollar surf break with me — one of my favorite experiences while staying at Terra Selva. I hope to come back again next year — if there is availability at this precious gem!
