For this pottery retreat, Selva Terra is partnering with Sarah Glass, owner of Sarah Glass Ceramics. This retreat is catered towards beginners and intermediates seeking an immersive and hands-on experience on the potters wheel. You will learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing and fostering your creativity and self-expression through clay.
The retreat will be capped to a maximum of 10 pottery students

What’s Included:
- 5 nights / 6 days stay at Selva Terra Private Island Resort
- Round trip airport transfers from David Airport to Selva Terra Island Resort

With over 15 years of experience on the pottery wheel, Sarah Glass is a skilled ceramic artist and dedicated instructor. She has taught pottery for over five years and built a loyal community of students and clients throughout South Florida. Known for her delicate, thin-walled pottery and innovative glazes, Sarah creates modern stoneware and porcelain collections that bring artistry and elegance into everyday spaces.
Accommodations
& Pricing
All accommodations are ocean facing, have AC, WiFi, own bathroom with hot water and a private terrace.
The prices below are per person for the duration of the whole pottery retreat, and are inclusive of taxes.
- Private Occupancy Casita or Room – king: US$ 3,650
- Double Occupancy Casita or Room (Bring a friend or pair up with another student) – 2 twins or 1 king: US$ 2,950
- Non-Students Stay: US$ 2,250 if sharing in a double occupancy room or $2,950 for a private room
A quad room is also available for 3 to 4 people that book together. Enquire for reduced rate.
Deposit and Payment: US$750 deposit is required upfront to secure your spot with the balance due 90 days prior to the retreat start date. Payments can be made via credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or wire transfer.

Can I bring someone that doesn’t want to participate in the pottery classes?
Want to bring a friend, partner or family along with you? Bring them along and they are welcome to join the retreat as a non-student. They will still get to enjoy the resort activities, facilities and retreat schedule, but without the pottery workshops.
