Yoga Retreat

30th April - 4th May
Wednesday - Sunday

Are you drawn to the idea of a retreat but unsure if it’s the right fit? Maybe concerns about self-judgment or about being with people you don’t know are holding you back? If so, this retreat was made with you in mind. Join two trauma therapists for a special journey. Guided by two compassionate, trauma therapists you will be led through a truly sensory experience.

This isn’t just another yoga retreat; it’s a chance to find joy, serenity, and healing in a stunning natural setting. With somatic yoga, meditations promoting awareness of beliefs that keep you stuck and mindful self compassion; connection to the natural world around you with a mangrove kayak tour, monkey hike, and finding yourself relaxing on a private beach listening to the sound of ocean waves- you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and truly cared for.

Amanda Marks – I am very passionate about promoting a neutral/positive body image message, including speaking to dance camps on how to cultivate and maintain a health body image. I’m an non-diet therapist and strong advocate of weight inclusivity approaches and Intuitive Eating. I also lead meditation groups and facilitate retreats for women with those wanting to heal their relationship to food and to improve body image.

Keira Oseroff – Since 1999, I have developed understanding and specialized expertise in areas including trauma, eating disorders, feeding problems among children, as well as in relationships and family dynamics. I bring the culmination of over 20 years of knowledge and experience to each client and family with whom I work. I am most passionate about working in partnership with my clients, and the important distinction between learning about people rather than treating disorders. I’m dedicated to providing a safe space for people ready to embark on the journey of self-discovery and healing.
