Shala

Envision teaching your classes to the sound of the ocean and birds chirping their morning song. Our yoga shala faces the ocean and can hold up to 30 yogis. It comes equipped with all the props you will need to run your Panama yoga retreat. These include: non-slip mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and sound meditation bowls.

Spa

Unwind at our massage room, located on the adjacent island connected by a hanging bridge. Take in the idyllic tropical island backdrop and the sound of waves. Hot stone, deep tissue massages and exfoliating facial or body scrubs available.
