Selva Terra’s open-air yoga shala overlooks our secluded beach and accommodates up to 30 guests.
Equipped with everything needed to support your practice, the shala includes non-slip mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, and sound meditation bowls—allowing you to create a seamless and restorative experience for your guests.
Unwind at Cielo Spa located on a nearby island and reached via a hanging bridge. During your retreat, you can enjoy a range of restorative treatments while listening to the sound of waves below.

We offer retreat leaders the opportunity to reserve Selva Terra exclusively at preferential rates when booking 10 or more accommodations. For smaller gatherings, mini-retreats can be hosted with a minimum of 5 accommodations.
The ideal retreat size at Selva Terra is between 10 and 30 guests, depending on your group’s configuration.
A buyout allows for an intimate, personalized experience while having full access to the resorts spaces including the yoga shala, restaurant, pavilion and accommodations.
We recommend a minimum of 5-nights to fully embrace the rhythm of the island, although our minimum is 4 nights. Longer stays are also possible, including an optional additional night in Panama City arranged by Selva Terra for a seamless travel experience.

1. Private Island Experience
For your retreat, you will be renting out a private island resort which will be a unique experience for many. The schedule and itinerary will be crafted around your retreat.
2. Getting Here is easy
Traveling to a private island couldn’t be easier. For your Panama yoga retreat, we take care of all transportation from David Airport. This involves ground transfers and a short boat ride. The travel time from David to the island is approximately 75 minutes. Getting here.
We also offer assistance for groups planning an overnight stay in the capital, so that you can make the most of what Panama has to offer. This includes VIP immigration clearance, a Panama Canal or Old City tour, private ground transfers, hotel stays and domestic flight reservations including charter flights.
3. The resort has plenty of island adventures to choose from
At Selva Terra, there is something for everyone. For those looking to simply relax, unwind at our Beach Club, 2 private beaches or 2 pools and soak up the sun. For the adventurous ones in your group, we have an extensive range of activities available on the island as well as off-island tours. Some of the activities will be complementary in your Panama retreat package. Adventures available include snorkelling, island hopping, whale watching, sunset cruise, scuba diving tours and lessons, pottery classes, jungle hiking, horseback riding, towing sports, sport-fishing, surfing, kayaking or SUP in the mangroves, or a day out in Boquete.
4. Luxury Rooms with flexible configurations
Our casitas all have AC, hot water and private terraces. We also have interchangeable set ups between two singles or one king, giving you the flexibility to offer private rooms or twin sharers. Whether your group is formed mainly of solo, friends, couples or families, we have an accommodation option that works for them.
5. We operate as a high quality all-inclusive, prioritizing local ingredients
All meals are included in your Panama Yoga Retreat, including local beers and wines. We take pride in sourcing the highest quality ingredients and products that are seasonal and local, making the most of our surroundings. We promote a healthy yet gourmet approach in the kitchen with a Panamanian twist. All dietary requirements will be taken care of such as vegan, gluten and dairy free, and allergies.

Details go a long way when it comes to running a retreat. Our team will work with you ahead of the retreat start date to ensure a seamless experience from the moment you arrive in Panama.
